insignia, dark blue woolen top, black velvet band, fuscia colored pipeing,
metal eagle & cockade, black leather chin strap, intact sweat diamond
w/ornate & large bold maker's name etc. E.M.'s name on paper tag in
sweat band. The owner of this hat was a fire chief in the town of Herhahn.
10% of cloth is singed from fires at the time of use. Due to this fact:
do not pull sweat band down-it will crack-there is nothing written underneath
(very brittle) If it is pulled down-the guarantee is voided. There is
a small written note w/owner's history included w/hat. V.G. |
